Article R4733-9 of the French Labour Code

The labour inspector referred to in article L. 8112-1 will check, as a matter of urgency, and at the latest within two working days of the date of submission or receipt of the information sent by the employer or the head of the establishment, or their representative, that the measures taken to put an end to the situation of serious and imminent danger and allow the young person to resume the regulated work are appropriate.

L’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 vérifie d’urgence, et au plus tard dans un délai de deux jours ouvrés à compter de la date de remise ou de réception des informations transmises par l’employeur ou par le chef d’établissement, ou leur représentant, le caractère approprié des mesures prises pour faire cesser la situation de danger grave et imminent et permettre la reprise des travaux réglementés par le jeune.
