Article R4724-13 of the French Labour Code

Orders issued by the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture specify :

1° The conditions for accreditation of the bodies responsible for the technical inspections, which include compliance with the provisions of article R. 4412-151, articles R. 4724-9 to R. 4724-12 and the European technical standards in force, as well as verification of their ability to carry out the technical inspections within an appropriate timeframe;

2° The procedures for communicating the results to the national body mentioned in article R. 4724-12.

Des arrêtés des ministres chargés du travail et de l’agriculture précisent :

1° Les conditions d’accréditation des organismes chargés des contrôles techniques, qui comportent le respect des dispositions de l’article R. 4412-151, des articles R. 4724-9 à R. 4724-12 et des normes techniques européennes en vigueur, ainsi que la vérification de leur capacité d’intervention dans des délais appropriés pour réaliser les contrôles techniques ;

2° Les modalités de communication des résultats à l’organisme national mentionné à l’article R. 4724-12.
