Article R4733-13 of the French Labour Code

To obtain the lifting of the ban on recruiting or taking on new young people under the age of eighteen, whether workers or trainees, in application of article L. 4733-10, the employer may ask the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment to put an end to this ban.

The employer shall attach to his request all evidence to show that he has taken the necessary measures to eliminate any risk of harm to the health or physical or moral integrity of young people under the age of eighteen.

Pour obtenir la levée de l’interdiction de recruter ou d’accueillir de nouveaux jeunes âgés de moins de dix-huit ans, travailleurs ou stagiaires, en application de l’article L. 4733-10, l’employeur peut demander au directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi de mettre fin à cette interdiction.


L’employeur joint à sa demande toutes justifications de nature à établir qu’il a pris les mesures nécessaires pour supprimer tout risque d’atteinte à la santé ou à l’intégrité physique ou morale des jeunes âgés de moins de dix-huit ans.
