Lorsque la requête en exonération ou la réclamation est accompagnée du document prévu au d du 1° de l’article 529-10, ce dernier contient les informations pertinentes précisées par arrêté conjoint du garde de sceaux, ministre de la justice, et des ministres chargés des transports et de la sécurité routière, issues des données enregistrées par le dispositif d’enregistrement des données d’état de délégation de conduite.
