When the request for exoneration or the complaint is accompanied by the information provided for in b of 1° of Article 529-10, it specifies the surname, first names, sex, date of birth and address of the presumed driver, as well as his driving licence number.

Lorsque la requête en exonération ou la réclamation est accompagnée des renseignements prévus au b du 1° de l’article 529-10, elle précise les noms, prénoms, sexe, date de naissance et adresse du conducteur présumé, ainsi que le numéro de son permis de conduire.
