S’il est fait droit aux demandes prévues par l’article 706-25-12, le procureur de la République informe le service gestionnaire du fichier de la décision, lequel procède sans délai, selon les cas, à l’effacement des données, ou à leur rectification ou à l’enregistrement dans le fichier de la nouvelle modalité de l’obligation de justification.
