Article R511-7 of the French Commercial code

Each form mentioned in Article R. 511-6 states:

1° The date of the protest;

2° The surname, first names, profession and domicile of the person in whose favour the bill or cheque was created, or the drawer of the bill of exchange;

3° The surname, first names, or company or business name, profession and domicile of the subscriber of the promissory note or the drawee, for the cheque, or the acceptor of the bill of exchange;

4° The due date, if applicable;

5° The amount of the bill;

6° The response given to the protest.

Article R511-7

Chaque fiche mentionnée à l’article R. 511-6 énonce :

1° La date du protêt ;

2° Les nom, prénoms, profession et domicile de celui au profit de qui l’effet ou le chèque a été créé, ou le tireur de la lettre de change ;

3° Les nom, prénoms, ou dénomination sociale ou commerciale, profession et domicile du souscripteur du billet à ordre ou du tiré, pour le chèque, ou de l’accepteur de la lettre de change ;

4° La date de l’échéance, s’il y a lieu ;

5° Le montant de l’effet ;

6° La réponse donnée au protêt.
