Article R5111-2 of the French Labour Code

Emergency measures agreed under cooperation agreements include, in particular:
1° Temporary vocational training measures;
2° Temporary measures guaranteeing certain resources to employees deprived of all or part of their remuneration as a result of economic circumstances;
3° Aid to encourage the recruitment and professional mobility of employees;
4° Temporary aid to companies that implement a programme to redeploy their employees by undertaking professional reintegration measures prior to job cuts and granting conversion leave to the employees concerned;
5° Measures to redeploy employees made redundant for economic reasons or threatened with redundancy.

Les actions d’urgence conclues dans le cadre des conventions de coopération comportent, notamment :
1° Des mesures temporaires de formation professionnelle ;
2° Des mesures temporaires assurant certaines garanties de ressources aux salariés privés de tout ou partie de leur rémunération par suite de circonstances économiques ;
3° Des aides favorisant l’embauche et la mobilité professionnelle des salariés ;
4° Des aides temporaires aux entreprises qui réalisent un programme de reclassement de leurs salariés en engageant des actions de réinsertion professionnelle préalables aux suppressions d’emplois et en accordant aux salariés intéressés un congé de conversion ;
5° Des actions de reclassement de salariés licenciés pour motif économique ou menacés de l’être.
