As far as microbiological testing is concerned, only one sample is taken.
The sample is kept and sent to the competent State laboratory for microbiological research under conditions, in particular temperature, that ensure its preservation.

En matière de contrôle microbiologique, le prélèvement ne comporte qu’un seul échantillon.
L’échantillon est conservé et transmis au laboratoire d’Etat compétent aux fins de recherches microbiologiques dans des conditions, en particulier de température, propres à en assurer la conservation.
