Article R512-29 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The standard articles of association provided for in article L. 512-73 are approved by a joint order of the ministers responsible for maritime fisheries and the economy.

The articles of association of the regional caisses de crédit maritime mutuel and their unions, as well as any amendments thereto, are submitted to the central body of the caisses d’épargne et des banques populaires, which verifies that they comply with these standard articles of association.

Les statuts types prévus à l’article L. 512-73 sont approuvés par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés des pêches maritimes et de l’économie.

Les statuts des caisses régionales de crédit maritime mutuel et de leurs unions ainsi que leurs modifications sont soumis à l’organe central des caisses d’épargne et des banques populaires, qui vérifie qu’ils sont conformes à ces statuts types.
