If it emerges from the laboratory report that the sample does not comply with the characteristics to which the product must conform, the administrative department to which the authorised official reports, after any useful additional enquiries, will compile the file in the light of the information at its disposal.

Dans le cas où il ressort du rapport du laboratoire que l’échantillon n’est pas conforme aux caractéristiques auxquelles le produit doit répondre, le service administratif dont relève l’agent habilité, après toutes enquêtes complémentaires utiles, constitue le dossier compte tenu des renseignements à sa disposition.
