Article R5122-22 of the French Labour Code

With the exception of the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons, the data in the data processing system may only be used for the purposes mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article R. 5122-20, by employees of the administrations and bodies mentioned below, designated and authorised by the authority responsible for these administrations and bodies:

1° The general delegation for employment and vocational training ;

2° The managing body of the unemployment insurance scheme ;

3° The decentralised departments of the Ministry of Employment.

A l’exception du numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques, sont destinataires des données du traitement pour les nécessités liées aux seules finalités mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article R. 5122-20, les agents des administrations et organismes mentionnés ci-après, désignés et habilités par l’autorité responsable de ces administrations et organismes :

1° La délégation générale à l’emploi et à la formation professionnelle ;

2° L’organisme gestionnaire du régime d’assurance chômage ;

3° Les services déconcentrés du ministère chargé de l’emploi.
