The Minister for Health shall inform the Minister for Defence, for each of the locations of the pharmacy for internal use, of the conclusions of the competent departments regarding compliance with the provisions of articles R. 5126-97 and R. 5126-98 by the central pharmacy of the armed forces and, if necessary, shall ask him to take the necessary corrective measures.
Le ministre chargé de la santé fait connaître au ministre de la défense pour chacun des emplacements de la pharmacie à usage intérieur les conclusions des services compétents sur le respect des dispositions des articles R. 5126-97 et R. 5126-98 par la pharmacie centrale des armées et, s’il y a lieu, lui demande de prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires.
