Article R5126-29 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The application for authorisation provided for in article L. 5126-4 is sent by the head of the organisation concerned to the Minister for Defence in the case of army hospitals and to the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs in the case of the National Invalids Institution.

II.-The authorisation is issued after informing the Director General of the regional health agency concerned, by the Minister for Defence in the case of army hospitals and by the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs in the case of the National Invalids Institution.The authorisation is issued, after informing the Director General of the regional health agency concerned, by the Minister for Defence, in the case of army hospitals, and by the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, in the case of the National Invalids Institution.

The authorisation includes the information specified in article R. 5126-28.

A copy of this authorisation is sent to the Director General of the regional health agency concerned.

Article R5126-29

I.-La demande d’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 5126-4 est adressée par le responsable de l’organisme concerné au ministre de la défense pour les hôpitaux des armées et au ministre chargé des anciens combattants pour l’Institution nationale des invalides.

II.-L’autorisation est délivrée, après information du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement concernée, par le ministre de la défense, pour les hôpitaux des armées et par le ministre chargé des anciens combattants pour l’Institution nationale des invalides.

L’autorisation comporte les mentions prévues à l’article R. 5126-28.

Une copie de cette autorisation est transmise au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement concernée.
