Article R5126-18 of the French Public Health Code
The provisions of this section apply to the in-house pharmacies of the establishments, services or organisations mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article R. 5126-1.

The provisions of this section apply to the in-house pharmacies of the establishments, services or organisations mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article R. 5126-1.
The internal-use pharmacies of the establishments, services or organisations mentioned in 3° and 4° of Article R. 5126-1 may only be authorised to carry out the activities mentioned in 1° and 2° of I of Article R. 5126-9. An in-house pharmacy may have legal entities mentioned in article L. 4211-5 provide the following services under the conditions laid down in that article: 1° The supply of gases for medical use to patients hospitalised at home; 2° The supply of oxygen for medical use to people accommodated by an establishment mentioned in 3° of article R. 5126-1.
