Article R5126-45 of the French Public Health Code

In public health cooperative groups and social and medico-social cooperative groups, the management of the pharmacy for internal use is entrusted to one of the pharmacists made available to the group by the establishments which are members of it. Of the pharmacists made available by a public health establishment, only the practitioners mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1 may manage the pharmacy.

Dans les groupements de coopération sanitaire et les groupements de coopération sociale et médico-sociale de droit public, la gérance de la pharmacie à usage intérieur est confiée à l’un des pharmaciens mis à la disposition du groupement par les établissements qui en sont membres. Parmi les pharmaciens mis à disposition par un établissement public de santé, seuls les praticiens mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 6152-1 peuvent assurer la gérance.
