Article R5126-44 of the French Public Health Code

In the public medico-social establishments mentioned in 3° of article R. 5126-1, the internal use pharmacy is managed by a pharmacist belonging to one of the categories of practitioners mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1 or by a pharmacist recruited for this purpose under a public law contract.

Dans les établissements médico-sociaux publics mentionnés au 3° de l’article R. 5126-1, la gérance de la pharmacie à usage intérieur est assurée par un pharmacien appartenant à l’une des catégories de praticiens mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 6152-1 ou par un pharmacien recruté à cet effet dans le cadre d’un contrat de droit public.
