The internal-use pharmacy shall have premises, staff resources, equipment and an information system enabling it to carry out the tasks provided for in Articles L. 5126-1, L. 5126-5 to L. 5126-8 and L. 5126-10, as well as the activities provided for in Article R. 5126-9 which it is authorised to carry out in application of the provisions of this chapter.
La pharmacie à usage intérieur dispose de locaux, de moyens en personnel, de moyens en équipement et d’un système d’information lui permettant d’assurer les missions prévues aux articles L. 5126-1, L. 5126-5 à L. 5126-8 et L. 5126-10 ainsi que les activités prévues à l’article R. 5126-9 qu’elle est autorisée à assurer en application des dispositions du présent chapitre.
