I.-The pharmacy for internal use is managed by a fire brigade pharmacist as referred to in article R. 1424-25 of the general code for local authorities.
The pharmacist’s time spent in the pharmacy for internal use may not be less than the equivalent of five half-days per week.
II.-The pharmacists responsible for managing an internal-use pharmacy of a fire and rescue service may not be dispensary owners, directors or deputy directors of medical biology analysis laboratories, pharmacists in charge or delegates of pharmaceutical establishments. They may not manage a mutual benefit pharmacy or a mining rescue society.
Subject to the statutory provisions applicable to the pharmacists mentioned in article L. 6152-1 of this code, the same pharmacist may, where applicable, manage two pharmacies for internal use in fire and rescue services in the same department or in two neighbouring departments.
The pharmacist in charge of the management of a single pharmacy for internal use in a fire and rescue service may, in addition, if he carries out his activity there on a part-time basis, manage another pharmacy for internal use mentioned in article L. 5126-1.
