Article R5126-98 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 5126-21, R. 5126-22, R. 5126-23 with the exception of the second paragraph, R. 5126-29, of article R. 5126-32 under the conditions provided for in its III, of article R. 5126-34 and of II of article R. 5126-36 are applicable, as far as it is concerned, to the pharmacy for internal use of the central pharmacy of the armed forces.

The conditions under which the preparations mentioned in article R. 5126-95 are held and dispensed by the pharmacy for internal use of the central pharmacy of the armed forces are set by order of the Minister for Health and the Minister for Defence.

Les dispositions des articles R. 5126-21, R. 5126-22, R. 5126-23 à l’exception du deuxième alinéa, R. 5126-29, de l’article R. 5126-32 dans les conditions prévues à son III, de l’article R. 5126-34 et du II de l’article R. 5126-36 sont applicables, pour ce qui la concerne, à la pharmacie à usage intérieur de la pharmacie centrale des armées.

Les conditions dans lesquelles les préparations mentionnées à l’article R. 5126-95 sont détenues et délivrées par la pharmacie à usage intérieur de la pharmacie centrale des armées sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé et du ministre de la défense.
