Article R5132-1-12 of the French Labour Code

Declarations of eligibility for a pathway, made by a structure for integration through economic activity, are checked the year following their registration by the departmental directorate for employment, work and solidarity, with territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 5132-1-13.

The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that :

1° Carrying out the diagnosis referred to in article R. 5132-1-5 ;

2° The collection of supporting documents attesting to the eligibility of the persons concerned, and meeting the conditions of validity specified by the order referred to in article R. 5132-1-7.

Article R5132-1-12

Les déclarations d’éligibilité à un parcours, effectuées par une structure d’insertion par l’activité économique sont contrôlées l’année suivant leur enregistrement par la direction départementale de l’emploi, du travail et des solidarités, territorialement compétente, selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 5132-1-13.

Ce contrôle vise à s’assurer de :

1° La réalisation du diagnostic mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-5 ;

2° La collecte des pièces justificatives de nature à attester de l’éligibilité des personnes concernées, et répondant aux conditions de validité précisées par l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-7.
