Article R5133-1 of the French Labour Code

To be entitled to the back-to-work bonus instituted by article L. 5133-1, the beneficiary of one of the allowances mentioned in the same article must have been working for at least four consecutive months.
When this activity is salaried, the contractual duration resulting from the conclusion of one or more employment contracts is at least equal to seventy-eight hours per month.

Pour ouvrir droit à la prime de retour à l’emploi instituée par l’article L. 5133-1, la durée minimale de l’activité professionnelle exercée par le bénéficiaire de l’une des allocations mentionnées à ce même article est de quatre mois consécutifs.
Lorsque cette activité est salariée, la durée contractuelle résultant de la conclusion d’un ou plusieurs contrats de travail est au moins égale à soixante-dix-huit heures mensuelles.
