Article R5141-12 of the French Labour Code

When the conditions for granting the exemption are met, the bodies mentioned in articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-4 of the Social Security Code issue the interested party with a certificate of eligibility for the exemption mentioned in article L. 161-1-1 of the Social Security Code.

If these conditions are not met, they notify the applicant of the decision to reject the application and inform the social security bodies concerned.

If the bodies referred to in article R. 5141-11 remain silent for more than one month from the date of the acknowledgement of receipt, this constitutes a decision of acceptance.

Article R5141-12

Lorsque les conditions d’octroi sont remplies, les organismes mentionnés aux articles L. 213-1 et L. 752-4 du code de la sécurité sociale délivrent à l’intéressé une attestation d’admission au bénéfice de l’exonération mentionnée à l’article L. 161-1-1 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Lorsque ces conditions ne sont pas réunies, ils notifient au demandeur la décision de rejet de sa demande et en informe les organismes sociaux concernés.

Le silence gardé par les organismes mentionnés à l’article R. 5141-11 pendant plus d’un mois à compter de la date du récépissé vaut décision d’acceptation.
