Article R5143-5 of the French Public Health Code

When the acquisition, possession and supply of veterinary medicinal products by the groups provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 5143-6 are carried out under the supervision of a pharmacist who actually participates in the technical management of the group, this pharmacist is entered on the roll of section D of the Order, except in the overseas departments, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and Mayotte where he is entered on the roll of section E.

Lorsque l’acquisition, la détention et la délivrance des médicaments vétérinaires par les groupements prévus au premier alinéa de l’article L. 5143-6 sont faites sous le contrôle d’un pharmacien participant effectivement à la direction technique du groupement, ce pharmacien est inscrit au tableau de la section D de l’ordre, sauf dans les départements d’outre-mer, à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon et à Mayote où il est inscrit à la section E.
