Article R5143-10 of the French Public Health Code

Under the conditions laid down in article L. 5143-7, the regional prefect of the group’s registered office approves the animal health programmes and grants approval to the groups mentioned in article L. 5143-6. If the regional prefect remains silent for more than eight months from receipt of the application, it is deemed to have rejected the application.
