Article R519-11-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where the professional training or experience required under articles R. 519-8, R. 519-9 and R. 519-10 is acquired in another Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, it shall be supplemented by a three-month adaptation period completed under the responsibility of a bank and payment services intermediary, a credit institution or a finance company, during which twenty-eight hours of professional training shall be provided.

Lorsque la formation ou l’expérience professionnelles, exigées aux articles R. 519-8, R. 519-9 et R. 519-10, sont acquises dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou dans un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, elles sont complétées par un stage d’adaptation d’une durée de trois mois, accompli sous la responsabilité d’un intermédiaire en opérations de banque et en services de paiement, d’un établissement de crédit ou d’une société de financement, au cours duquel est suivie une formation professionnelle d’une durée de vingt-huit heures.
