Article R519-14 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Proof of the professional competence referred to in articles R. 519-8, R. 519-9 and R. 519-10 must be provided by presenting one of the following documents, as appropriate:

a) Diploma ;

b) Training certificate and booklet for the persons mentioned in articles R. 519-8 and R. 519-9 as well as R. 519-11-1 and R. 519-11-2 ;

c) Training certificate for the persons mentioned in article R. 519-10 ;

d) Certificate of employment signed by the employer or certificate of registration as a bank and payment services intermediary in the single register referred to in article L. 546-1.

Article R519-14

Il est justifié de la compétence professionnelle prévue aux articles R. 519-8, R. 519-9 et R. 519-10 par la présentation, selon les cas, de l’un des documents suivants :

a) Diplôme ;

b) Attestation et livret de formation pour les personnes mentionnées aux articles R. 519-8 et R. 519-9 ainsi que R. 519-11-1 et R. 519-11-2 ;

c) Attestation de formation pour les personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 519-10 ;

d) Attestation de fonctions signée par l’employeur ou attestation d’immatriculation en tant qu’intermédiaire en opération de banque et en services de paiement sur le registre unique mentionné à l’article L. 546-1.
