Article R520-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article R. 240-1, the provisions of this Title are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II, with the exception of the provisions of article R. 521-7 and the provisions relating to fingerprinting in article R. 521-9, as well as the provisions of articles D. 521-12, R. 522-1 and R. 522-2, which are not applicable to European Union citizens.

Article R520-1

Conformément à l’article R. 240-1, les dispositions du présent titre sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II, à l’exclusion des dispositions de l’article R. 521-7 et des dispositions relatives au relevé des empreintes de l’article R. 521-9, ainsi que des dispositions des articles D. 521-12, R. 522-1 et R. 522-2 qui ne sont pas applicables au citoyen de l’Union européenne.
