Article R521-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

All correspondence sent by post to asylum seekers is sent to the address at which they have elected domicile pursuant to article L. 551-7.
Asylum seekers with a stable domicile within the meaning of 1° of article R. 551-7 are required, in the event of a change of address, to inform the French Office for Immigration and Integration without delay. Failing this, all correspondence will be sent to the last known address and will be deemed to have been sent to the addressee.

Toute correspondance transmise par voie postale au demandeur d’asile est envoyée à l’adresse à laquelle il a élu domicile en application de l’article L. 551-7.
Le demandeur d’asile disposant d’un domicile stable au sens du 1° de l’article R. 551-7 est tenu, en cas de changement d’adresse, d’en informer sans délai l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration. A défaut, toute correspondance est faite à la dernière adresse connue est réputée notifiée à son destinataire.
