An application for an amending entry shall be made to the Registrar who made the initial entry, even if the place of registration, the registered office, the principal place of business, the place where the business is carried on or the address of the company fixed at the dwelling premises, or the personal domicile is moved outside the jurisdiction of the court to which the Registrar having jurisdiction at the time of the initial entry belongs.
The request for an amended registration is made by the applicant by handing in or sending by post or electronic means a form to the competent registrar. Where the form is drawn up on paper, two copies are required. It shall state the information to which the application for amending registration relates, as well as the date of the initial registration and its serial number.
