Article R521-18 of the French Commercial code

Amendment registration requests relating to a lien or pledge referred to in I. of Article R. 521-9 are also made at the Institut national de la propriété industrielle in the registers determined in II of Article R. 521-9, on production of a certificate of amendment issued by the registrar and which includes the amendments mentioned in the first paragraph of Article R. 521-17 as well as the same information as that provided for in I of Article R. 521-9.

Les demandes d’inscription modificative portant sur un privilège ou un nantissement visé au I. de l’article R. 521-9 s’effectuent également à l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle dans les registres déterminés au II de l’article R. 521-9, sur production d’un certificat de modification délivré par le greffier et qui comporte les modifications mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article R. 521-17 ainsi que les mêmes mentions que celles qui sont prévues au I de l’article R. 521-9.
