I.-An appeal against a decision refusing registration, amendment or removal shall be lodged with the president of the court to which the clerk of the court who refused registration is attached.
The appeal must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the registry within fifteen days of notification of the decision.

Any other dispute between the applicant and the court clerk may be brought before the president of the court referred to in the first paragraph using the same procedure.

II – The president of the court or the judge delegated for this purpose shall rule by order. The order shall be enforceable as of right on a provisional basis.
This order is notified to the applicant by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The notification shall state the time limit and procedures for appealing against the order.
The decision may be appealed within fifteen days.

The clerk of the Court of Appeal sends a copy of the judgment to the clerk responsible for keeping the register, who executes the decision.
