For the consultation, the applicant shall indicate the following:
1° Concerning the owner of the property referred to in 5° of article R. 521-6 or, in the absence of property, the debtor:
a) If it concerns a natural person who is a trader: his surname, first name and unique identification number supplemented by the words RCS followed by the name of the town where the registry where he is registered is located;
b) If it concerns a natural person who is not a trader or a constituent in a non-professional capacity: its surname, first name and relevant address if known and, if applicable, its unique identification number;
c) If it is a legal entity: its legal form, its company name, the address of its registered office and, where applicable, the unique identification number supplemented, where applicable, by the words RCS followed by the name of the town or city where the registry office where it is registered is located;
For leasing transactions involving movable property, the applicant must provide the information required concerning the lessee. For the contracts mentioned in Article L. 624-10, the applicant must provide the information required concerning the debtor.
2° Concerning the transaction: the category of registration among those listed in article R. 521-2.
Each consultation may concern only one person and one or more categories of registration.
For the consultation of registrations relating to boats and ships, the applicant may enter only the identification or registration number of the boat or ship.
When consulting registrations of orders issued in application of article L. 184-1 or L. 511-11 of the French Construction and Housing Code relating to a building in which a business operated for the purpose of providing accommodation is being run, the applicant only enters the address of the building.
