A foreign national holding a valid residence permit issued by the French authorities who applies for asylum under article L. 521-1 must submit proof of address and the photographs required to issue the asylum application certificate in support of their application.

L’étranger titulaire d’un titre de séjour en cours de validité délivré par les autorités françaises qui demande l’asile en application de l’article L. 521-1 doit présenter à l’appui de sa demande un justificatif de domicile et les photographies nécessaires à l’édition de l’attestation de demande d’asile.
