Article R5213-28 of the French Labour Code

The application for approval is sent by the person responsible for the project to the prefect of the region in which the establishment is located. It is accompanied by a dossier, the composition of which is set by joint order of the ministers responsible for disabled people and employment and which includes, in particular, the planned training programmes.
This application is submitted for the opinion of the health insurance bodies concerned, the regional employment and vocational training coordination committee and the regional council.

La demande d’agrément est adressée par la personne responsable du projet au préfet de la région dans laquelle est situé l’établissement. Elle est accompagnée d’un dossier dont la composition est fixée par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés des personnes handicapées et de l’emploi et qui comprend, notamment, les programmes de formation projetés.
Cette demande est soumise pour avis aux organismes d’assurance maladie intéressés, au comité de coordination régional de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle et au conseil régional.
