Approval may be withdrawn in the manner and after the consultations provided for in articles R. 5213-27 and R. 5213-28. The managing institution is then given the opportunity to present its observations.
In an emergency, approval may be suspended by the Regional Prefect.
L’agrément peut être retiré dans les formes et après les consultations prévues aux articles R. 5213-27 et R. 5213-28. L’institution gestionnaire est alors mise à même de présenter ses observations.
En cas d’urgence, l’agrément peut être suspendu par le préfet de région.
