In order to encourage employees or prisoners who have signed a prison employment contract to carry out their career plans, develop their skills and achieve professional mobility within the adapted enterprise itself or towards other employers, the adapted enterprise implements, as part of the specific support, an individualised support programme that takes into account the needs and abilities of the disabled workers it employs or prisoners recognised as disabled workers who have signed a prison employment contract. This support may include, in particular, assistance in defining a career plan, vocational training and skills assessment.
