The adapted company submits its annual accounts and an annual activity report to the regional prefect for the area in which each establishment is located. This report sets out, for workers recognised as disabled or for prisoners recognised as disabled workers who have signed a prison employment contract, the actions implemented and their results, as well as the resources allocated to carrying out these actions.
It specifies what has been achieved in terms of individualised support, particularly in terms of training and supervision designed to promote professional projects, as well as the results achieved in terms of access to and retention in employment of disabled workers.
