Article R5213-7 of the French Labour Code

Specialised placement organisations, responsible for preparing, supporting and monitoring disabled people in employment over the long term, take part in the vocational integration scheme and special support during the period of adaptation to the job for disabled workers implemented by the State, the public employment service, the association responsible for managing the development fund for the vocational integration of disabled people and the manager of the fund for the vocational integration of disabled people in the civil service.
They have signed an agreement for this purpose and may, under this condition, receive assistance from the association and the fund mentioned in the first paragraph.
The agreements comply with the guidelines set out in the agreement on objectives concluded between the State and the association responsible for managing the fund for the professional integration of the disabled.

Article R5213-7

Des organismes de placement spécialisés, en charge de la préparation, de l’accompagnement et du suivi durable dans l’emploi des personnes handicapées, participent au dispositif d’insertion professionnelle et d’accompagnement particulier pendant la période d’adaptation au poste de travail des travailleurs handicapés mis en œuvre par l’Etat, le service public de l’emploi, l’association chargée de la gestion du fonds de développement pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés et le gestionnaire du fonds pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés dans la fonction publique.
Ils sont conventionnés à cet effet et peuvent, à cette condition, recevoir l’aide de l’association et du fonds mentionnés au premier alinéa.
Les conventions sont conformes aux orientations fixées par la convention d’objectifs conclue entre l’Etat et l’association chargée de la gestion du fonds de développement pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés.
