Article R5214-23 of the French Labour Code

A cooperation agreement is signed between the association responsible for managing the fund for the professional integration of the disabled and the fund for the professional integration of the disabled in the civil service.
In particular, it sets out the respective obligations of the parties with regard to specialised placement bodies.

Une convention de coopération est conclue entre l’association chargée de la gestion du fonds de développement pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés et le fonds pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés dans la fonction publique.
Elle détermine notamment les obligations respectives des parties à l’égard des organismes de placement spécialisés.
