When, before the start of execution of a transferred operation, costs have been incurred by the commune with a view to carrying out this operation, they may be reimbursed by the urban community under conditions set by amicable agreement.

Lorsque, avant le commencement d’exécution d’une opération transférée, des frais ont été engagés par la commune en vue de la réalisation de cette opération, ils peuvent être remboursés par la communauté urbaine dans des conditions fixées par accord amiable.
