Article R526-1 of the French Commercial code

In accordance with article R. 123-37, are indicated in the application for registration in the trade and companies register of the natural person:

1° The declaration of unseizability of his rights over any land not allocated to his business use, as provided for in article L. 526-1 ;

2° The waiver of the unseizability of his rights over his main residence provided for in article L. 526-3;

3° In all cases, the place of publication of these declarations.

Conformément à l’article R. 123-37, sont indiqués dans la demande d’immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés de la personne physique :

1° La déclaration d’insaisissabilité de ses droits sur tout bien foncier non affecté à son usage professionnel, prévue à l’article L. 526-1 ;

2° La renonciation à l’insaisissabilité de ses droits sur la résidence principale prévue à l’article L. 526-3 ;

3° Dans tous les cas, le lieu de la publication de ces déclarations.
