When the individual entrepreneur with limited liability modifies the professional activity for which he has made a declaration of assignment of assets and this modification requires him to be registered in another register, he applies for a new registration via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1 and indicates, together with this application, the place and register of his previous registration for the purposes of the transfer provided for in the sixth paragraph of article L. 526-7. If the change in his professional activity justifies it, the individual limited liability entrepreneur proceeds, through the intermediary of the single body, to change the purpose of the professional activity mentioned in the declaration of assignment of assets and, where applicable, to change the assigned assets, with the newly competent body.
The newly competent body requests, within one clear working day of the new registration, the previously competent body to proceed with the transfer within one clear working day of receipt of its request. The body previously competent will automatically amend or delete the registration of the sole trader from its register and inform the sole trader, by any means, of the steps taken.
