Article R526-25 of the French Commercial code

The disaffiliation of a sole trader with limited liability from the social security body to which he is subject pronounced in application of the two first paragraphs of article L. 613-4 of the Social Security Code entails his removal from the special register in which he is registered.

The Registrar shall automatically proceed with the removal from the special register referred to in the first paragraph as soon as he is informed, via the single body referred to in article R. 123-1, of the removal of the individual limited liability entrepreneur ordered by the social security body. It informs the single body of the steps taken.

Article R526-25

La désaffiliation de l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée de l’organisme de sécurité sociale dont il relève prononcée en application des deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 613-4 du code de la sécurité sociale emporte sa radiation du registre spécial auquel il est immatriculé.

Le greffier procède d’office à la radiation du registre spécial mentionné au premier alinéa dès qu’il est informé, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, de la radiation de l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée prononcée par l’organisme de sécurité sociale. Il informe l’organisme unique des diligences accomplies.
