Article R526-7 of the French Commercial code

An optional standard form of agreement of the joint spouse in property or co-tenants given in application of Article L. 526-11 is approved by joint order of the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and the Minister for the Economy.

The single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 makes this model available to the sole trader free of charge and electronically.

Un modèle type facultatif d’accord du conjoint commun en biens ou des coïndivisaires donné en application de l’article L. 526-11 est approuvé par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé de l’économie.

L’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 met, gratuitement et par voie électronique, ce modèle à disposition de l’entrepreneur individuel.
