Article R53-7 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The appointment of an ad hoc administrator under the provisions of Article 706-50 is notified to the minor’s legal representatives and may be appealed by them within ten days of notification. This appeal does not have suspensive effect. It is brought before the Investigating Chamber or the Criminal Appeals Chamber.

La désignation d’un administrateur ad hoc en application des dispositions de l’article 706-50 est notifiée aux représentants légaux du mineur et peut être contestée par ces derniers par la voie de l’appel dans un délai de dix jours à compter de la notification. Cet appel n’est pas suspensif. Il est porté devant la chambre de l’instruction ou la chambre des appels correctionnels.
