The appointment of an ad hoc administrator under the provisions of Article 706-50 is notified to the minor’s legal representatives and may be appealed by them within ten days of notification. This appeal does not have suspensive effect. It is brought before the Investigating Chamber or the Criminal Appeals Chamber.

Within three months of the completion of his mission, the ad hoc administrator shall send the authority that appointed him a report detailing the steps taken to carry out the mission defined in article 706-50, and details, where applicable, of the formalities carried out with a view to investing any sums received by the minor in connection with the proceedings.
