Article R530-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article R. 240-1, the provisions of this Title apply to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II, with the exception of the provisions of articles D. 531-1, R. 531-8 and R. 531-9 which do not apply to European Union citizens.

Article R530-1

Conformément à l’article R. 240-1, les dispositions du présent titre sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II, à l’exclusion des dispositions des articles D. 531-1, R. 531-8 et R. 531-9 qui ne sont pas applicables au citoyen de l’Union européenne.
