Article R531-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

At the end of the personal interview, the applicant and his lawyer or the representative of the association accompanying him are informed of their right to obtain a copy of the transcript. Where a copy of the transcript can be provided on the spot at the end of the interview, this will be recorded in the applicant’s file. When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons is unable to provide this on the spot, the copy of the transcript is sent before a decision is made.
The applicant indicates whether the transcript should be communicated to him or her or, where applicable, to his or her lawyer or the association’s representative in accordance with the provisions of article L. 531-19.

Article R531-14
