Article R531-15 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The personal interview will be audio recorded.
The person concerned will be informed at the start of the interview of how the audio recording will be carried out, in particular the procedures for ensuring compliance with the rules of confidentiality.
After the interview, the applicant will be informed of his or her right of access to the audio recording under the conditions laid down in Article L. 531-20.
If it has not been possible to make an audio recording due to a technical impossibility, the transcript will be commented on.
If the applicant refuses to confirm that the content of the transcript correctly reflects the interview, the reasons for their refusal will be recorded in their file. Such a refusal does not prevent the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons from ruling on the asylum application.

Article R531-15
